Mali
Mali is in Hannah House with her younger sister and best friend, Normi. As a child her parents taught her about the Gospel and how to obey Jesus. When she went to high school she had to move away and live in a children’s home because school was far away. While she was there, missionaries came in and taught her even more on how to live for God. Through them she began to have her own relationship with Jesus. Mali sometimes struggles with her “quiet time” with God but she desires to go deeper with Jesus and learn how to meet with Him daily. Prayer Request: To grow deeper with God and know Him more. She also would like people to pray that she will always be able to serve God well and get a good job in the future. |

Through these seeds planted, she began to have a relationship with God and got saved in the 9th grade. Naphisa Chahto (Nam) spent her first 13 years of her life living the village life while getting a primary education. It was at thirteen that she also gave her life to the Lord and was baptized. As with many hill tribe girls, she was sent to the big city to further her education. After being at a Christian Chiang Rai children’s home for three years she again moved to another location where she finished her high school education. When she was old enough to go to first grade she was sent to a children’s home where she studied from 1’st grade through high school. Following this she came and applied and was accepted into Hannah House. When she came in she shared that she was not a true believer.
