Philosophy on Ministry

As our ministry has grown, so has our philosophy of how to do ministry.  This is because we see ourselves as an organization that exists in part to come behind the Thai nationals in order to help them start a work.  After this work is started we then offer our staff to help disciple and equip them so they can fulfill the great commission in their country.  The reasoning behind this is three fold.  First people work so much better when it is their work.  Second we acknowledge we as foreigners are temporary.  If we built the work underneath us, when we left so would the ministry.  Thirdly we are helping the Thai's do a work that is sustainable and is not dependent on foreign funds.
